What does the Asian Pacific American Democratic Caucus do?
The Caucus encourages Asian Pacific Americans to join the Democratic Party. By getting involved in electoral politics and by backing candidates who support issues of importance, we can strengthen our communities.
In addition, we hold regularly scheduled meetings, inviting key speakers to address a variety of important and controversial topics.

Who can join the Asian Pacific Democratic Caucus? What does it take to become a member?
Anyone who is a Democrat registered to vote in Alameda County can join. Currently, annual dues are $25 per member.
Founding members of the Caucus include present and former elected officials, long-time Democrats, and business and community leaders.
